This card essentially allows you to play a level 2 2 cost character of any colour without restriction with only 1 cost provided you got a 0 cost fodder on field. Additional advantage would be the 0 coster has a auto ability when it plays on field. Sdarkpaladin 04:10, April 23, 2011 (UTC)
